A vacancy has arisen for a Commercial Officer based at Marshall Specialist Vehicles, Cambridge.
The successful candidate will provide commercial support to the Directors and Project Teams throughout the business, including working on major projects during financial negotiation, contract launch and on-going commercial tasks. You will be responsible for the day to day requirements of departmental procedures, contract negotiations, production of legal and contractual documentation and the management of non-disclosure agreements. Candidates will have an understanding of legal and contractual documentation and liaising with customers. Defence Industry experience & Security clearance desired. Excellent communication skills are essential.
