MSV has been supporting in service equipment since its foundation in 1946 and managing capability enhancements for as long.
Working with MSV's design and engineering teams the customer support team is acknowledged as being world leaders in the field. Available to deploy with the equipment to ensure new users are able to operate and maintain the equipment MSV's Customer Support team has worked world wide introducing new equipment into service, supporting existing equipment. Frequently the introductory training and then subsequent maintenance is undertaken at MSV Cambridge site where visitors can take advantage of the superb historical and cultural setting as well as taking advantage of the full range of training and manufacturing facilities available.
Part of the Customer Support capability offered by MSV is whole fleet management. This illustrates MSV's ability to draw on the skills and capabilities of the wider Marshall of Cambridge Group. This wider capability was also drawn on when MSV set up its customer based logistics system.
In peace and conflict, frequently as Contractors On Deployed Operations (CONDO) the Customer Support Team deploy with training materials, of MSV's own design produced to the highest standards, spares, skills and a friendly face to help the young men and women who have to operate the vital equipment MSV produces.
